مدير عامل و عضو هيأت مديره شركت تعاوني توليدي فاران شيمي تويسركان در گفتوگوي اختصاصي با گسترش صنعت گفت: «شركت تعاوني توليدي فاران شيمي با ورود به فاز دارويي تمام شده (product finished) با عضويت در خانواده بزرگ هولدينگ گلرنگ كه سهامداران اصلي آن اصالتاً تويسركاني ميباشند قصد احداث يك مجتمع دارويي بزرگ در استان همدان را دارد.»

محسن خدادادي خاطر نشان كرد: «با احداث اين واحد در آينده نزديك ميتوان مبادرت به تولید داروهای کم حجم و با قيمت بالا و داراي تكنولوژي پيشرفته همانند داروهای سرطانی نمود و در کنار سرعت و حفظ كيفيت، گامهاي مؤثري در اعتلا و اشتغال كشور برداشت.»
خدادادي يادآور شد: «با احداث اين واحد شهرستان تويسركان ميتواند ضمن تأثيرگذاري در اين حوزه و ايفاي نقش مؤثر در توليد و اشتغالزايي استان به عنوان نگيني در استان همدان و كشور بدرخشد.»
محسن خدادادي تصريح كرد: «در فاز اول كارخانه فاران شيمي، محلول همودياليز در انواع مختلف براي بيماراني كه مشكل كليوي دارند توليد ميشود و شركت فاران شيمي در زمينه احداث محلول همودياليز چهارمين شركت توليد اين محصول در كشور ميباشد.»
وي افزود: «سه شركت ديگر در شهرهاي مشهد، رشت و ساوه در حال توليد ميباشند و شركت فاران شيمي به عنوان تنها پوششدهنده اين محصول در غرب و جنوب كشور در حال توليد اين محلول ميباشد.»
خدادادي اظهار داشت: «محلول همودياليز براي بيماراني كه نارسايي كليه دارند و امكان پيوند كليه براي آنان ميسر نميباشد مهمترين راه ادامه حيات ميباشد و اين بيماران به صورت مستمر و به صورت متوسط هفتهاي سه بار هر بار 3 تا 4 ساعت نياز به انجام دياليز براي تصفيه خون خود داشته و به بيمارستانها مراجعه مينمايند.»
وي ادامه داد: «به دليل اهميت و ضرورت اجتنابناپذير آن، اين دارو به صورت يارانهاي به بيمارستانها عرضه ميگردد و به همين دليل به عبارت ديگر وزارت بهداشت خريدار محصول دياليز ميباشد.»
خدادادي در ادامه گفت: «در اين فاز، شركت فاران شيمي براي توليد محلول همودياليز به ظرفيت يك ميليون گالن (5 ميليون ليتر) رسيده است كه با اشتغالزايي 14 نفر به صورت مستقيم و سرمايهگذاري 10 ميليارد ريال با مشاركت بانك صنعت و معدن استان همدان در آذر ماه سال 89 در دور دوم سفرهاي استاندار به شهرستان تويسركان به بهرهبرداري رسيد.»
وي در خصوص اخذ مجوزهاي كار اظهار داشت: «كليه مجوزهاي لازم مطابق با آخرين استانداردهاي جهاني VDP و BP و همچنين مقررات معاونت غذا و داروی وزارت بهداشت و با بهرهگيري از آخرين تجهيزات روز دنيا در شرايط Clean Room (اتاق تميز) به بهرهبرداري رسيده است.»
خدادادي با اشاره به طرح توسعه اين شركت تشريح كرد: «اين فاز سه مرحله ميباشد كه در مرحله اول پمادها و شيافها در مرحله دوم انواع سرمهاي تزريق و در مرحله پاياني يك ميليون قرص و 300 ميليون كپسول توليد ميشود و با تكميل اين فاز مجتمع دارويي شركت فاران شيمي تكميل شده، اين شركت ميتواند زيرساختي براي احداث دانشكده داروسازي استان همدان باشد. همچنين بستر مناسبي براي فعاليتهاي آكادميك استان و توسعه زمينههاي آموزشي استان باشد.»
مديرعامل شركت تعاوني توليدي فاران شيمي تويسركان در خصوص تاريخچه شركت تصريح كرد: «شركت در سال 81 تأسيس شده و در سال 84 اقدام به بهرهبرداري براي توليد مواد اوليه دارو و ماده اوليه توليد آسپرين نموده است.»
خدادادي در خصوص ميزان سرمايهگذاري شركت فاران شيمي يادآور شد: «مجموع سرمايهگذاري ثابت و سرمايه در گردش 10 ميليارد ريال بوده است كه 20 درصد آن آورده شخصي بوده و 80 درصد نيز تسهيلات بانكي ميباشد.»
وي در ادامه افزود: «در ابتداي تأسيس شركت و شروع به كار برای 20 نفر مستقيم و 10 نفر غيرمستقيم اشتغالزايي داشتيم كه بيشتر آنها بومي تويسركان ميباشند.»
خدادادي افزود: «به دليل مشكلات عدم رقابت با كشور چين و همچنين قيمت بالاي تمام شده مواد اوليه دارو تصميم به توليد مواد نهايي دارو گرفتيم.»
وي در خصوص راهكار رقابت در بازار توليد افزود: «راه حلي كه براي خروج مشكلات پيش روی توليد دارو و رقابت با ساير كشورها عليالخصوص چين ميتوان به آن اشاره كرد، حمايت جدي دولت براي جلوگيري از واردات بيرويه و بيكيفيت و وجود بستههاي حمايتي دولت است.»
وي در ادامه افزود: «توليدكنندگان داخلي كه محصولات آنها از نظر كيفيت قابل رقابت و حتي بهتر از نمونههاي خارجي است تنها از نظر قيمت بالاي تمام شده دارو نميتوانند با كشورها خارجي رقابت داشته باشند و با اين راهكارها به راحتي ميتوان زمينه رقابت را براي توليدكنندگان داخلي به وجود آورد.»
خدادادي در خصوص انتظارات اين مجموعه از مسئولان استان تصريح كرد: «شرکت فاران شيمي انتظاراتي كه از مجموعه استان دارد ادامه حمايتها مانند گذشته و ايجاد مشوقهاي جديد براي جذب بيشتر سرمايهگذاران خارج از استان است كه قصد سرمايهگذاري در اين شركت را دارند. همچنين اعطاي تسهيلات مناسب و به موقع از سوي بانكهاي عامل استان كه با كارشناسي دقيق و تخصيص اينگونه تسهيلات، مشابه عملكرد بانك صنعت و معدن با سختگيريهاي بجا و لازم در صورت احراز شرايط تخصصي مجريان طرحها، تسهيلات به صورت روان در اختيار مجريان قرار ميگيرد.»
وي در ادامه گفت: «انتظاري كه از شركت شهركهاي صنعتي استان داريم تكميل زيرساختهاي شهرك صنعتي تويسركان مانند احداث فاضلاب، تصفيهخانه، شبكههاي ديتا و ساير خدماتي است كه بايد در يك شهرك صنعتي وجود باشد.»
